ATLANTA, GA (March 31, 2026) - Atlanta native Glass Dream steps into the spotlight with EP Tonight, Forever. These powerful and deeply emotional new tracks blur the lines between indie rock, dream pop, shoegaze, and electronic noir. It is a mix of release and challenge, offering a preview of their upcoming debut album, set for release later this year.
Constructed using various layers of gleaming synthesizers, cinematic guitars, and heartfelt vocal performance, Tonight, Forever captures the emotional intensity of musicians such as M83, Slowdive, Beach House, The Antlers, and Radiohead while establishing a unique sound of its own - a genre Glass Dream refers to as “synthgaze” or “nightmare pop.”
Originally conceived from demos recorded nearly a decade ago in a storage unit outside Athens, Georgia, the music behind Tonight, Forever and the forthcoming album remained buried for years as its creator struggled with anxiety, depression, addiction, and personal upheaval. Following a period marked by loss, displacement, and eventual sobriety, Glass Dream revisited the material through a radically different emotional lens.
These songs lived in the shadows for a long time. I was too scared of being judged, too scared of my thoughts and feelings being an open book for anyone to read. The creation of this album became part of my therapy. This record represents not only my rebirth as a person, but also my rebirth and introduction as an artist.”

Too ominous to be dream pop and too synth-driven to fit neatly into shoegaze, Glass Dream occupies a liminal space between beauty and dread. Across Tonight, Forever, towering walls of sound collide with intimate confessions, pulling listeners through themes of alienation, mental health, substance abuse, and recovery before ultimately arriving somewhere hopeful... or at least honest.
Written and recorded entirely by Glass Dream and mixed/mastered by Ben Etter at Maze Studios in Atlanta, the forthcoming LP transforms deeply personal trauma into widescreen emotional release. The result is music that feels simultaneously familiar and alien: melancholic but massive, dark yet deeply human.

About Glass Dream
Glass Dream is the solo project of an Atlanta via New York-based multi-instrumentalist crafting immersive, emotionally charged music from the darker corners of electronically driven indie rock. Glass Dream exists somewhere in a sound the artist describes as “synthgaze” or “nightmare pop.”
The origins of the project trace back nearly a decade to a storage unit on the outskirts of Athens, Georgia, where the earliest demos for what would eventually become the debut album were first recorded. Though the songs remained hidden for years, life continued to unravel in the background. Long stretches of unfulfilling office jobs, mounting anxiety and depression, and escalating alcohol and substance abuse gradually pushed music further away. An apartment fire, a series of personal losses, and an overwhelming confrontation with mortality eventually culminated in a mental breakdown marked by existential dread and emotional collapse.
Following a stint in rehab in 2025 and encouragement through therapy, the artist behind Glass Dream returned to the abandoned demos with a renewed sense of purpose. Re-recorded and rewritten through the lens of sobriety, recovery, and self-examination, the songs evolved into a deeply personal exploration of mental health, addiction, impermanence, and healing.
What emerged was not only the completion of a ten-song debut LP, but a creative rebirth. Through towering synths, expansive guitars, and intimate lyricism, Glass Dream transforms years of buried emotion into cathartic, widescreen indie rock that feels both haunting and profoundly human.
