Back cover of Cryptograms
"Cryptograms" delves into messages hidden in plain sight, with the track listing itself serving as a cryptogram. The song titles cleverly spell out the album name on the back cover — the only spot you'll find it in the concept art or packaging. This intriguing detail is exclusive to those who own the CD, vinyl, or related merch, as the digital version keeps this hidden.
This album is deeply influenced by the Mayday 13's life experiences, showcasing tracks that echo the sounds of Arcade Fire, Bloc Party, Collective Soul, and Live. Additionally, Mayday 13 found inspiration from a variety of other musicians who have left a profound mark on their journey, such as Radiohead, The Killers, and Bruce Springsteen, shaping the overall sound and emotional depth of the project.
