I created an entire music video around the idea of a pear functioning as a sexy, feminine alternative to the Biblical apple, but I literally cannot bring myself to eat one. When the crew found out, they made me take a bite on camera, and I promptly spat it out - that footage exists somewhere.

Crafted over the course of a year, “Witness” is a cohesive and compelling distillation of the eclectic influences of her debut EP. Director Margot Bennett's contributions color the track with depth and scale, inviting viewers into a world where temptation lurks around every corner.

Margot and I happened to meet at a show where we were both performing, just as I had begun exploring the idea of making a music video. This serendipity was the swift kick I needed to bring my imagination into action. Six months later, we had our team assembled and got to work."
